I need my concrete repaired quickly, about how long will the project take?
There are several factors in determining completion times since every project is different and every floor surface is unique. When you call our office for a quote, we will provide both the cost and the completion time. Typically – the average basement or garage will take around 2-4 days depending on the finish and square footage.
We want to update the plain concrete floor in our garage to something, prettier. Can we select the color or texture of the new refinished floor?
Our contractor will work with your family or business to help you with selecting from a variety of finishes, textures, and colors that are all extremely durable, long lasting, and aesthetically pleasing. Our epoxy and concrete overlay systems includes performance-grade polymer and aggregate mixes that are sealed to create a long-lasting surface that withstands daily pounding from foot traffic, harsh weather, and vehicles. These systems can be installed to create a variety of looks including marble, flake, polished, sealed and stained concrete.
Is it better to resurface concrete or replace it?
We guarantee to give our honest and professional opinion for each surface – in 95% of cases, the concrete can and should be resurfaced rather than replaced. Our concrete artisans are trained to resurface large cracks, holes, discoloration or spalling using high quality concrete coatings and overlays that will increase the lifespan of the original concrete for upwards of 10 years. Z Worx Construction offers resurfacing techniques that are a sustainable and cost-effective solution to repairing concrete surfaces.
Since I have decided to resurface the concrete rather than replace it, how long should I expect this to last?
We understand that resurfacing your floors is an investment and should be treated as such. With proper maintenance and care, our floors will last the average lifetime of ~10+ years under warranty by our product suppliers. With over 50 years of combined experience in concrete restoration and coatings, we guarantee that these materials will be installed effectively to ensure longevity and durability.
